Resident support
With the continuous installation of new technology comes the responsibility of providing residents with the tools and information required to use it properly.
We specialise in bringing the customer on this journey with you by reviewing, creating and recommending the correct educational and training documentation for your customers (often de-jargoning the technical guides). This will give them a better understanding of their newly installed technology, such as heating, MVHR, prepayment systems or other changes to their homes, to ensure both you and they, realise expected benefits from the retrofit works.
Many projects fail to maximise on newly installed technology by not explaining to the resident, what it is or how it works!
Maximising the Benefits & Analytics
Often, substantial sums are involved with large scale retrofit and this comes with significant expected benefits.
We specialise in interrogating information produced by large scale BMS systems as well individual property data to support the benefit realisation process.
We can offer detailed reports on efficiencies to ensure your expected benefits are actually achieved and where not, we can recommend improvements.
